Freight/Transportation Claims

FREIGHT DAMAGE: Shipment of all merchandise is at the purchaser's risk; our responsibility ends on delivery of the merchandise to the carrier in good condition. No goods are returnable for any reason without our authorization.

TRANSPORTHTION CLAIMS: Goods become property of the purchaser on delivery to the carrier; refusal to accept merchandise from the carrier because of damage or shortage does not relieve the purchaser of responsibility for payment, and for placement of claims in proper manner. Any damage or shortage must be noted on the freight bill before signing it. Immediately after receipt, open carton, inspect for concealed damage. If damage is found, notify delivering carrier at once, within 15 days of receipt of goods, so claim can be made. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. We look forward to satisfying your furniture needs. We are always at your service.
